Adding Details to Statements

Top  Previous  Next

A considerable amount of extra information can be added to a statement by linking it to a data table.

Note: If a data table is deleted, the link to the statement set will be removed. If the data table is subsequently recovered using the deletion recovery manager it will not automatically be reattached to the statement set.  If the user manually links the data table back on to the statement set, none of the original data will be restored.

Note: Only administrators, statement set managers and statement set administrators can customize statement sets.

Procedure

1.Click the Statement Sets link on the navigation bar and navigate to the statement set you want to add details to.

2.From the Statement details column, choose a data table for the required statement from the respective drop-down lists.
