Adding Audit Records

Add an audit record to a statement or statement link.

Note: Only those with administrator and/or audit manager permissions can add audit records to statements and statement links. Additionally, you can only add an audit record to a statement link in a master diagram.

Procedure

1.In the Audit records section of a statement, or a statement link, click ADD AUDIT RECORD.

2.Select the Status from the drop-down list and enter some notes in the Description field.

Note: If a data table is being used as part of the statement or statement link audit, the data table fields will also be available to add your comments.

3.Click OK.
