Configuring User Group Home Pages

If you are an administrator, or an author with the required privileges, you can add and remove favorite content from user groups' home pages.

Procedure

1.Click on your username, and select Administration.

2.In the User group settings section click Edit favorites of the user group you want to edit.

Note: You can filter the list of user groups by clicking in the Only show user groups with field and typing the name of the user group.

You are now in design mode for the selected user group. You can add favorite content, such as processes, documents, storyboards, keywords, etc. When you add a favorite item it will be added to the home page of all users within the selected user group. You can also remove favorite items from the home page of selected user groups.

3.When you have finished editing, click Exit design mode.
