Raising Change Requests

Request a change to a diagram or document.

Procedure

1.When viewing a diagram or the details of a document, from the Change requests section click ADD NEW CHANGE REQUEST.

2.In the New change request panel that opens, provide the details of the change request using the following fields:

Audit Ref. allows you to provide an audit reference number (optional).

User Ref. allows you to provide a user reference number (optional).

Notes requires you to enter the description of the requested change. You should provide as much detail as you can to assist the owner when assessing the request.

Due date enter the date you want the change request to be completed by.

Password enter your password.

Enter a web link URL allows you to provide a specific web link to support the request (optional).

Upload file allows you to attach a file to support the request (optional). Click Browse to select a file to upload.

3.Click OK to submit the request.

The change request will be submitted to the content owner for review. The owner may decide to contact you for more information, otherwise they will progress the change request to the content author to action. The owner may also reject the change request.
