Free Text Searching

Search for processes, documents and actions based on free text.

Procedure

1.From the drop-down options in the search panel, choose either All processes, Documents or Actions.

2.Click in the text box and enter your search criteria.

Note: Matching processes, documents or actions will be displayed as you type.

Note: By default, searching for processes will search against diagram titles only. You can expand your search to include text on specific diagram objects after the initial search results are displayed. To do this, click Show Search Options and then select the diagram objects that you want to search against, and then click SEARCH.
