Searching for Role-based Content

Search for activities, storyboards and SAP transactions by role.

You can search for diagram activities, storyboards and SAP transactions based on your assigned roles. You can also search for content based on other roles, for example if you have been assigned a role temporarily.

Procedure

1.Click the Roles link on the navigation bar.

2.In the My roles section, select one or more of your roles.

3.In the Additional roles section, start typing a name of any additional roles you want to search against.

Note: Potential matches will be offered as you type. When the role appears in the list, click it to add it.

4.Click either SHOW ACTIVITIES, SHOW STORYBOARDS or SHOW TRANSACTIONS.

Any content that matches the selected roles for the selected content type will be displayed.

5.Click the diagram, storyboard or transaction to view it.
