Add or modify statement set stakeholders.

Statement set stakeholders consist of:

Owner - automatically assigned as the creator of the statement set

Statement managers - can be single or multiple users, or user groups

Audit managers - can be single or multiple users, or user groups

Stakeholders can be assigned at the time the statement set is created and then modified at a later date by an administrator or a statement set administrator.

Note: Statement set managers can create statement sets, however they are unable to edit the statement and audit managers.

Statement managers can create, modify and delete statements for statement sets that they are assigned to.

Audit managers can create, modify and delete audit records within a statement.

Procedure

1.Click the Statement Sets link on the navigation bar and navigate to the statement set you want to add or modify stakeholders for.

2.Update the Stakeholders as follows:

The Owner is automatically assigned as the statement set creator.  An alternative owner can be assigned by overwriting the existing one and selecting a new one from the drop-down.
Note: The Owner field does not allow groups to be added.
Statement managers and Audit managers can be added by typing the name of the user or group into the respective text field. The system will display matches as you type. When you see the user or user group that you want to assign, click the user or user group to add it.
Repeat this step for as many users or groups that you want to add.
