The Architecture of the Multivariate Quality Control Charts Module
The architecture of the Statistica Multivariate Quality Control Chart is identical to that described in the context of univariate Quality Control. For more details, see Technology of the STATISTICA Quality Control Charts Module (Technical Note).
Specifically, the program designed for on-line real-time quality control, and can be fully integrated with the Statistica Enterprise platform and the Statistica Monitoring and Alerting Server. The Web-enabled platforms leverage these multivariate control charting methods to build advanced process monitoring systems capable of tracking simultaneously hundreds or even thousands of parameters in real time.
The Statistica Multivariate Quality Control module is ideally suited for building such advanced process monitoring solutions for complex (semi) automated processes, as they commonly occur in various discrete and continuous manufacturing environments. For example, in chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing, semiconductor manufacturing, power generation (power plant optimization), mining, precious metal, or oil refining.
