Other Correlation Coefficients

There are many other types of correlation coefficients, and they are included in other modules of Statistica.
  • A variety of nonparametric correlations are included in the Nonparametric Statistics module.

  • Such correlation coefficients are also computed by the Crosstabulation Tables option (accessible by selecting Tables and Banners on the Basic Statistics and Tables Startup Panel).

  • Partial correlations are included in the Multiple Regression and General Regression Models (GRM).

  • Various autocorrelations (such as correlations between a variable and itself lagged by a specified lag) are included in the Time Series module.

  • Other, more specialized measures of relations between variables or groups of variables are included in many other modules, such as the Generalized Linear Models (GLZ), Nonlinear Estimation, or Partial Least Squares Models (PLS)).
