Internal Database Reset

If for any reason you must reset the internal database to its original state as initially installed, you can use the following procedure.

Warning

This procedure removes all administrative data!

To reset the internal database:

Shut down the Director.

2. Delete the contents of the DS_DATA/db directory.

3. Open the DS_DATA/conf/installation.properties file, and set DSConfigureOnStartup=true

Start the Director.

Go to the Administration Tool. You are presented with the installation page. Complete the installation, and restart.
