Step 4: Describe Business Events and Objects Early in the analysis, you identified the business objects and events. At this stage of the analysis, you must describe the events and objects in more detail. This includes: • Know the required data format at each place in the process (and how to get it). • Know the required data content (and how to get information that is not directly available). • Understand what appropriate actions in case of a business or system-level error could be.
