Monitoring a Metaspace

Procedure

  1. Connect to the Console with the URL provided by your Administrator or if you have administrative privileges, access it directly from the ASMM Admin main page.
  2. From the Home page, select the metaspace from the summary list in the center pane you want to monitor.
  3. Hover around the bottom portion of the pane, and click Monitor.

Result

The Metaspace details page is displayed. The left pane lists the spaces under the metaspace. The center pane lists details of the metaspace, and the right pane lists some general information about the metaspace.
