Lookup Activity - General Tab

The General tab contains the following fields.

Field	Module Property?	Description
Name	No	The name to appear as the label for the activity in the process definition.
Input Format	No	The type of data to be looked up. Two data types are supported: Entity and Relationship.
Entity	Yes	The entity that you want to look up. Note: This field is only available when Entity is selected in the Input Format field. Note: Entity lookup does not support for use with File-Based SmartMapper Service.
Input Participant	Yes	The participant is used to locate a relationship instance. Note: This field is only available when Relationship is selected in the Input Format field.
Output Participant	Yes	The list of participants to look up. The lookup activity supports lookup of only one output participant. Note: This field is only available when Relationship is selected in the Input Format field.
