Managing Users and Permissions

SmartMapper Business UI allows the administrator to manage users and user permissions and also allows login users to edit their profiles.

An administrator is automatically created by SmartMapper Business UI. The user name of this administrator is admin and the default password is admin123. An administrator has privileges to manage users that use SmartMapper Business UI and govern user permissions.

Procedure

  1. Log in to SmartMapper Business UI, as described in Logging in to SmartMapper Business UI.
  2. Click your account. The following options are available:
    Note: User Management and Permission Management are available only for the administrator.
    • Click Profile to manage your account information.

    • Click User Management to manage users using SmartMapper Business UI.

    • Click Permission Management to manage permission roles that are assigned to SmartMapper Business UI users.

    • Click Log out you to log out from SmartMapper Business UI.
