Plan Preview Integration with OMSUI

OMSUIClient.jar is provided to allow users to directly access OMSUI component likes Orders, Plan, Rule, and activityLog through third party apps.

It must be placed in your library or classmate. Implementing OMSUIClient.jar in an app introduces Oauth2 authorization with OMSUI, which helps the third-party apps to internally login to OMSUI. It can also directly access OMSUI components based on the target.
