Upgrading the TIBCO EMS Channel

To upgrade the EMS Channels and add new TDS dead queues from 3.0.2 HF-4 to 4.0, execute the script $AF_HOME/ems/FOM_UpgradeEMSChannel_3.0.2HF4_to_4.0.0.txt.
