Searching for an Order in the Activity Log

To view an activity log for a selected object, you must first search for it from the Activity Log page. Once you have found the object whose log you wish to view, select it to display it in the Activity Log page. To do this, perform the following steps:

  1. Access the Fulfillment Order Management.
  2. Click the Activity Log tab.
  3. In the Search field, type the reference ID of an order to search.
    Note: The text is case-sensitive.

  4. Click the Search button Search Button. Either of the following is the search result:
    1. The details of an order that matches your search criteria is displayed.
    2. If no match is found, no list is displayed.
