Publishing the Products and Making the Products Available

After completing the creation of products on TIBCO Fulfillment Catalog, the products have to be published from TIBCO Fulfillment Catalog to TIBCO Fulfillment Order Management where the order is processed.

1. Click Fulfillment Catalog Operation > Publish Catalog. The Bulk Model Publish page opens.
2. The Select Publish Type options allows you to publish Full Data Publish or Delta Publish. To publish manually to TIBCO Fulfillment Order Management, select the option JMS/XML. To publish automatically to TIBCO Fulfillment Order Management, select the option JMS/XML. As JMS will publish models on the TIBCO Fulfillment Order Management queues, which will be automatic. XML will contain off-line published models, which will be manual.

3. Select the data model that you want to publish. For this use case, we will select the data model PRODUCT and provide values for the fields ProductID or ProductID EXT.
4. Click Publish, and the values are published on TIBCO Fulfillment Order Management automatically.
5. Click Event Log to check if the publishing of the product is successful.
