Understanding the Types of Log Messages

The log messages describe the action that was performed on the object. That action can be any one of the following:

Log Message Description
Updated object from status status to status updated an order where:
  • object is either order, plan, order line, or plan item
  • the first status is the object’s previous status; the second status is the status the object has been changed to.
Amended order id of status status an order has been amended where:
  • order id is the unique ID of the order.
  • status is the current status of the order.
Order order id created with status status an order has been created where:
  • order id is the unique ID of the order.
  • status is the current status of the order.
