Offline Catalog Loading

The offline catalog feature enables TIBCO Fulfillment Order Management to have no dependency on TIBCO Fulfillment Catalog to be online all the time for the data models. For more details see "Offline Catalog" in the Fulfillment Order Management Administration Guide.
