Adding Users to Groups
Privileged users can add users to groups from the GUI or by using
the CLI. You can add multiple users at the same time.
GUI
Procedure

Choose one of the following options:

Users tab.

more users.

Add Group Membership.
- Click one or
more groups.
- Holding the
left mouse button down, drag to the list on the right, and release the button.

- Click a group.
- Click
Add Users.
- Holding the
left mouse button down, drag to the list on the right, and release the button.

Save.

CLI
Procedure

In the data file, specify a Group
in base format and User in base format.

<User xsi:type="amxdata_base:User_base" username="linda"/>
</Group>

In the build file, set the
action
attribute of the
AMXAdminTask element to
add and
the
objectSelector attribute to
Group/User.

Invoke the command-line interface
on the build file.
