Adding a Calendar Alias

Procedure

  1. From the Calendar gadget, click Manage.
  2. Click Calendar Aliases.
  3. Select the calendar that you want to create an alias for. If there are any aliases already defined for this calendar, they are shown in the right hand pane.

    In the Alias box in the bottom right hand corner of the pane, type an alias for the calendar and click The icon is a calendar with two people and a cross in the bottom right hand corner. The alias is added.

  4. Repeat these steps to create as many aliases as you require.

    Click The icon is a grey cross. to close the Calender Aliases dialog.
