The Intended Recipient is Not Receiving Work Items

If work items cannot be sent to the intended recipient, they are sent to the Undelivered group in Organization Model Version 0.

Procedure

  • Ensure that:
    • Someone is monitoring the Undelivered group in Organization Model Version 0.
    • If work items are sent to the Undelivered group, try to determine the reason by checking the Error events using the Event Viewer in the client application. For more information, see "Determining Why a Work Item was Undelivered" in the TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM Administration guide.
