Creating a Business Object Model in an Existing Project
You can create a business object model in an existing project.
Procedure
In the Project Explorer, right-click the
Business Objects
folder and select
New > Business Object Model.
Name the business object model.
Warning: If you rename a business object model that has not been saved, any changes you have made will be lost.
Tip: Click
Finish on this dialog to create a business object model with default settings. Click
Next to modify the default project settings and create a business object model using a template, or a concept model. Select a template from those available and click
Finish.
In the Project Explorer you can confirm that the business object model has been created.
Note: By default, the Business Object Model name is prefixed by the domain name, as set in
Window > Preferences > User Profile.
