Setting How Many Templates Can Be Listed in the Workspace "Start Process Instance" Dialog

In the Workspace Start Process Instance dialog, by default the number of process templates that can be listed is limited to 500. To increase this number, use TIBCO ActiveMatrix^® Administrator to change the value of the property com.tibco.bx.management.queryMaxResultSize.

1. Log in to ActiveMatrix^® Administrator.
2. Click Infrastructure > Nodes.
3. In the Nodes table, select the BPM node that processes requests from Workspace, usually BPMNode.
4. In the lower part of the page, on the Configuration tab, click JVM Configuration.
5. To the Properties table, add the property com.tibco.bx.management.queryMaxResultSize and set the value to the desired maximum number of templates.
6. At the bottom of the Configuration tab, click Save.

   The setting is added to the JVM Argument String.
