Openspace - Mobile Overview

Openspace - Mobile allows you to access Openspace from your mobile.

Note: Openspace - Mobile is only supported on iPhone. It is not supported on any other mobile device.

Using Openspace - Mobile, you can access some of your gadgets from your mobile. You can:

  • access your To Do List
  • open work items and complete them
  • allocate work items to yourself or other users
  • display the current status of an individual process instance or group of process instances, by hours, days, months or years. You can also display the current status of all the work items associated with the individual process instance or group of process instances you have selected.
  • configure the settings for Openspace - Mobile.
