Creating a Work View for an Organizational Entity

You can create work views that display work items offered to an individual resource or a particular entity in a organization model.

This is useful, for example, if you are supervisor and wish to create work views of all the users that you supervise. However, you must have the viewWorkList system action for the organization entity you require. You can create work views for:

  • an individual resource
  • an organizational entity such as an organization unit, group or position.
