The onTIBCOFormRunnerLoad Function

To render the work item data as a TIBCO form, the onTIBCOFormRunnerLoad function performs a number of tasks.

These tasks are:

1. Setting the Form URL
2. Obtain the Initial Data to Load the Form
3. Set the BOM JavaScript Path
4. Create Action Handlers for User Actions
5. Render the Form
