Resource instances based on the new resource templates are created automatically when you redeploy the application for which the template is scoped.
Procedure
Select Applications and select your instance of the BPM application (by default, amx.bpm.app).
Select Deploy > Deploy with Start.
Select the Resource Templates tab and click on Resource Instances. Instances of your new Keystore Provider and Identity Provider resource templates have been created.
