TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM Client Applications

TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM provides two default client applications - Workspace and Openspace - which provide users with a user interface to work generated by TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM.

Users can use these clients to access and perform the functions they need to complete their daily tasks. For example, they can:

  • log in to TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM.
  • see the contents of their work list.
  • open work items and complete and submit the forms that are displayed.
  • apply filter and/or sort parameters so that only the desired work items are listed in the desired order in their work list.
  • start business services.

TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM client applications can be easily configured and customized to suit the requirements of a particular enterprise - see Flexible Runtime Clients.

Users’ access to individual client application functions can be controlled, based on the privileges that they hold.
