Introduction to Work Lists

Work lists represent lists of work items assigned to an organizational entity. Users see a list of those work items that they can view and work on.

The Business Resource Management Services API provides operations that allow you to manage work lists in your BPM runtime.

Web service operations are provided in the WorkListService to:

Retrieve the items from a work list, or from all work lists.
Sort the items in a work list into a desired order, or to filter them according to various procedures.
