Setting How Many Templates Can Be Listed in the Workspace "Start Process Instance" Dialog
In the Workspace Start Process Instance dialog, by default the number of process templates that can be listed is limited to 500.
You can modify the maximum number of templates using the queryMaxResultSize property in the bx.properties file.
