The BPM Application Cannot Connect
The BPM application (by default named amx.bpm.app) cannot connect to Workspace, Openspace, or ActiveMatrix Administrator.
In this case, Tibco Host may not be running.
Procedure

Make sure that Tibco Host is installed and running.

If it is not, run
tibcohost.exe. You may need to wait a few minutes until the host is up and running.
