Changing the Stack Size Permanently

Procedure

  1. Open the following file for editing: 
       /etc/security/limits.conf
  2. Add the following lines (example values shown):

    * soft stacksize 256

    * hard stacksize 256

    Note: Refer to your Operating System’s manual for details and set the appropriate values.
