Authentication and Authorization

Authentication and authorization uses usernames and passwords to authenticate the data grid users and prevent unwanted access.

When authentication and authorization is enabled, each ActiveSpaces process uses credentials from the password file to authenticate itself to a secure realm service. For more information, see "Authentication and Authorization" in TIBCO ActiveSpaces® - Enterprise Edition Administration.
