Installing TIBCO BusinessConnect Container Edition - EDI Protocol

Prerequisites

You are required to download and extract the following products on your machine:

• TIBCO BusinessConnect™ Container Edition package
• AuditSafe Enterprise Edition
• FSREST Server
Note: EDICE Protocol needs AuditSafe Enterprise Edition and FSREST Server to be installed during runtime.

To install the protocol, perform the following steps

Procedure

  1. Download TIBCO BusinessConnect Container Edition - EDI Protocol package from the TIBCO Software Product Download Site (https://edelivery.tibco.com/).

  2. Extract the BusinessConnect Container Edition - EDI Protocol archive file to a temporary directory on the machine.

  3. Navigate to bcce-edi-1.0.0.

    You can find install-bcce-edi.sh script in the scripts folder.

  4. To install all the EDI files into the TIBCO BusinessConnect™ Container Edition Home environment, run the script install-bcce-edi.sh from the scripts folder.

  5. Enter the TIBCO BCCE package home./<directory>/bcce-1.0.0.

    Note: The steps in the procedure need to be followed before building the BusinessConnect Container Edition 1.1.0 images.
