Design Time Validation of HIPAA Transactions

BusinessConnect Container Edition - EDI Protocol HIPAA Edition powered by Instream is used for runtime validation of HIPAA electronic transactions. For design time validation of HIPAA electronic transactions, use TIBCO Foresight® HIPAA Validator® Desktop.

To use the guidelines provided with BusinessConnect Container Edition - EDI Protocol HIPAA Edition powered by Instream in TIBCO Foresight® HIPAA Validator® Desktop, you need to copy the HIPAA guidelines from BusinessConnect Container Edition - EDI Protocol HIPAA Edition powered by Instream into the appropriate directory for TIBCO Foresight® HIPAA Validator® Desktop.

Example: For design time validation of a version 4010 837 Professional transaction, perform the following:

Change directory to bcce-edihipaa-1.0.0_InstallerFolder>/samples/sampleDocs/guidelines/4010_txns copy PDSA837P.std to configuration folder of bcce-cms container.
