Installing BusinessConnect Container Edition - EDI Protocol HIPAA Edition powered by Instream

Before you begin

  1. If you are migrating from an earlier version, then you must follow the instructions provided in Migration.

  2. Ensure that you have the infrastructure and other requirements listed in Installation Requirements.

    Note: You must install the following TIBCO software before you install BusinessConnect Container Edition - EDI Protocol HIPAA Edition powered by Instream. See the Readme file for the supported versions.

    • TIBCO Foresight® Translator

    • TIBCO Foresight® Instream® Healthcare Edition

    • TIBCO BusinessConnect™ Container Edition - EDI Protocol powered by Instream®

  3. From TIBCO eDelivery, download the BusinessConnect Container Edition - EDI Protocol HIPAA Edition powered by Instream installation package.

  4. Extract the contents of the package to a local directory.

To install the protocol, perform the following steps:

    Procedure
  1. Navigate to the <folder>/bcce-edihipaa-1.0.0/scripts directory.
  2. Run the following command:
    ./install-bcce-edihipaa.sh
  3. Follow the command-line interface instructions, review the license agreement, and enter y to accept it.

  4. The following prompt is displayed:

    Please enter the TIBCO BCCE package home.

    Enter the BusinessConnect Container Edition package home <unzip_folder>/bcce-<version> directory.

What to do next

  1. Rebuild the ConfigStore Management Server (CMS) Docker image and redeploy all the BusinessConnect Container Edition servers.   2. If you are migrating from an earlier version, then you must import the configuration data. See Migration.
