Viewing Resend History

To view the resend history of a transaction:

  1. Navigate to the Audit Trail tab to view the logs of the transactions performed.
  2. On the Transactions page, select the Resend option from the Select dropdown list, = (Equals) operator, and select any option in combination from the list: Completed, Expired, or Waiting.
    After you have created your query, click Find to list the results.
  3. Click the transaction from the filtered list to view the resend history.
