To access calendars in TIBCO BPM Enterprise , login as the user that has System Administrator system actions assigned. To perform each of the functions listed below, a system action is required.

Note: If you assign privilege to an organizational entity like a group or location, all the child organizational entities in the parent entity inherit that privilege, unless an individual user does not have the correct system actions assigned
