A TIBCO installation environment is used for software installations and consists of a Name and Directory. Products installed into different installation environments do not share components; therefore you can keep product installations completely isolated from each other.
Procedure
If you have previously installed a TIBCO product using the Universal Installer, you can either:
Install into a previously-created installation environment (Select the
Use an existing TIBCO_HOME radio option and select the environment from the drop-down list).
Create another installation environment to keep the product installation separate (Select the
Create a new TIBCO_HOME radio option.
Browse to the directory where product needs to be installed and provide a unique environment name.).
