After the installation completes, start the MDM Rulebase Designer by selecting
Start > Program Files > TIBCO > <environment name> > TIBCO Business Studio <ver> > TIBCO Business Studio.
Provide a workspace location (folder where projects will be saved).
Result
TIBCO Business Studio opens up and you are ready to start using it.
