Attribute Reposition from one Attribute Group to another Attribute Group

The repository attribute can be repositioned from one attribute group to another attribute group within the same repository with drag and drop. If a attribute is repositioned from one attribute group to other, then it will be added as a last attribute in the target attribute group. For example, the "Home" attribute is repositioned from the "Contact Number" attribute group to the "Unassigned" attribute group. It is added as the last attribute.
