Setting Bindings
Bindings are represented by a connecting line between the properties.
- Procedure
- In the Form Designer canvas or Outline view, select the target element.
- Go to the
Mappings
tab in the Properties view of the selected element.
Note: If you are adding a binding to a grid pane control, make sure the Visible property is enabled.
- Drag the property of a component, parameter or data field from the source tree and drop it over the property of a component in the target tree to which you want to bind it.
You can also create a binding in the opposite direction, that is from the target tree to the source tree.
