Default Channels are Unavailable

The default presentation channels are unavailable if the default channel is not enabled.

Procedure

Select the project in the Project Explorer, and click File > Properties.
In the navigation pane on the left side of the Properties dialog box, click Presentation Channels.
Ensure that the Enable project specific settings check box is checked.
