Selecting this option creates a user task with the process data as an In/Out parameter on the Interface tab. This means that in the runtime environment, users are able to display the associated form to view the field and also to assign new values to it.

Selecting this option creates a user task with the process data as an Out parameter on the Interface tab. This means that in the runtime environment, users are able to display the associated form to assign new values to the field.
