SimpleEvent getByIdByUri (long id, String uri)

ACTION

Returns the SimpleEvent existing in Working Memory using id as the internal ID.

`id`	`String`	The internal ID.
`uri`	`String`	URI of the event

Type	Description
`SimpleEvent`	The SimpleEvent with the internal ID as `id`. Returns `null` if no such SimpleEvent exists in Working Memory.
