Query Manager

Query Manager enables Dashboard users to construct their own queries using the metric and concept fields of the TIBCO BusinessEvents project.

Concepts Available to Query Manager

Backing-Store Enabled
Only concepts that are stored in the cache or backing store (depending on configuration) are available for use in Query Manager. History properties and array properties cannot be used as query conditions.
Related Concepts
Query Manager allows Dashboard users to view the related concepts of a target concept, whether the related concepts are contained or referenced, along with the parent concept. The following figure shows concept O references concept N and contains concept P. So N and P are related concepts. Similarly, Q, S and R are also related concepts, as are K, L and M. However, none of K, L or M are related to Q, R or S. Also, there are no related concepts for O.

Disabling Query Manager

You can disable the Query Manager feature, for example to avoid exposing sensitive data to dashboard users. To disable Query Manager, set the following property in the CDD file for the project: 

be.agent.dashboard.plugin.beviews.querymanager.enabled=false
