Uninstalling TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Plug-in for Mobile Integration

You can uninstall TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Plug-in for Mobile Integration by running the Universal Installer. The installation manager uninstalls all products in the TIBCO_HOME folder or you can select the products to uninstall.

Procedure

  1. Stop TIBCO Business Studio.
  2. Run TIBCO Universal Installer to uninstall the product.
    1. In TIBCO_HOME/tools/universal_installer/, run TIBCOUniversalInstaller.
    2. In TIBCOInstallationManager, select Uninstall Products from a TIBCO Home Location, click Next, and click Next on the Welcome screen.
    3. Select an uninstall option and click Next:
      • Custom Uninstall: You can select the products to be removed.
      • Typical Uninstall - Removes all the products in the TIBCO_HOME folder.
    4. If you selected Custom Uninstall, select the check box next to the product to uninstall and click Uninstall.
    5. Review the product to be uninstalled and click Uninstall.
    6. When prompted about the clean up of the/tools directory, click Yes, clean it up.
    7. Click Finish in the Post Uninstall Summary screen to exit the uninstall wizard.
  3. If you have uninstalled all the software under TIBCO_HOME, delete the directories in the TIBCO_HOME and CONFIG_HOME.
