HTTP Endpoints for Health Checks

When the TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition application is started, it creates an HTTP GET endpoint on port 7777 and the path _ping by default in TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition application. This endpoint can be used to configure health-checks on Docker or Kubernetes based platforms.
